We walked at Look Park today for about an hour on blacktop roads just so we could be together again. We haven’t been able get out hiking for 2 weeks because of weaher conditions. There are 3 feet of layers alternating between ice and snow and it’s very hard to walk on. My leg went down in up to my knee while the other foot stayed on top of the snow. Not fun. Another friend was snowshoeing and went down the same way. So we opted for the plowed roads of Look Park today. No matter where you go though, the ice is lurking!! During the NYC sxhool vacation break he kids were here and they spent many hours skiing at Berkshire East and sledding on our hayfield hill. The broken pieces of ice nd slnow were good for building a Bob Sled chute and much other fun was had all day long. Last two photos were taken at Look Park today when I got back to my car, It’s a pretty Park with mature trees.. The sky was dotted with clouds that,, with our luck so far, will be bringing us more winter weather. Hoping you are enjoying yourself, and having fun too, Penny
