We “Thursday Hikers” had the opportunity to hike with Bob Leveret on Tuesday this week, and today some of us who are land monitors for The Franklin Land Trust were invited to a great learning opportunity on the “Walnut Hill” CR, a recent 150 acre gift to the Franklin Land Trust. The focus of the day was on forest management and we were in expert hands. I heard a lot, hopefully I learned a lot, much of it technical, and I had yet another day of deep appreciation of our woodlands and our land history. I hope all is well with you, as it is with me.
