It was a rainy morning, but was quite wonderful to be out hiking. The trail was generally soggy, and fun (of course). Here are some photos of the terrain, and of some of the hikers. This hike features a steep and beautiful waterfall. It’s fun to climb up to where it begins. Once at the top, where the land flattens out, there are wonderful huge rocks to explore. On the way down I found a handful of lichen that Tony used to compliment his handsome (albeit balding) head. Lunch at The Creamery. I had a really first rate BLT, others had chilli, cornbread, clam chowder, and “The Briezer” a tasty concoction of brie, greens, and a bit of ham on focaccia bread. I hope you had a Happy May Day yesterday. Love to all. Penny
