No woodland photos today! I wasn’t able to hike because of having some precancerous things removed from my face so I had to stay out of the sun. I met the hikers at Country Pie Pizza after their long hike at DAR in Goshen. I had a pizza slice with chess and broccoli, others had pizza slices or veggie wraps. At Ashfield Hardware I bought seeds, greeting cards, and a six pack of blue violas to plant outside. Hiker Bob once again treated all of us to ice cream cones. Strawberry was the favorite today, but I had vanilla. Other choices were chocolate, chocolate chip mint and coffee. $1.00 per cone, hand dipped, made with local Bart’s ice cream.We sure do have fun together!! Afterward I drove over to Ashfield Lake where Tony and I had many good swims when the Conway Pond was closed for repairs. It brought back many happy memories. For sure, signs of Spring bring all kinds of hope. Thinking of you, Penny
